The family of Heather Hewitt, who lost her life in a tragic fatal accident in Galway while mounting a horse, have organized a charity show in support of CRITICAL.
There will be 15 showing classes, 10 dressage classes and 10 show jumping classes. The club with the most points will be presented with the Heather Hewitt Memorial Cup by Heather’s riding club and husband Kieran.
Competitions in showjumping, dressage and showing. All grades catered for across all competitions.
Entries are €15.00 per class and entries will close on Wednesday 13th September 2023.
Around 500 competitors are expected to take part in the day’s events from clubs all over the country. Many individuals and businesses have already contributed to the event by donating merchandise and other items for auction or raffle, which will also be held on the day.
There is also the opportunity for businesses to have a trade stand or to display signage at the show.
