CRITICAL Golf Classic

CRITICAL is hosting a Golf Classic Fundraiser in support of the newly established Community First Responder (CFR) group in Ennis, along with a second group currently in training in Ruan and Dysart.

Sponsored by Temple Gate Hotel and Shannon Springs Hotel, the event promises a great day of golf with a range of prizes on offer, including:
• Longest Drive
• Nearest the Pin
• Top Seven Teams

The Ennis CFR group has been responding to life-threatening emergencies since September 2025. In just their first four months, the team attended 15 cardiac arrest incidents.

Made up of nine dedicated volunteers, the group continues to train every two weeks, working towards expanding their capabilities to include chest pain and stroke response.

Following this success, a second CRITICAL CFR group has been established in Ruan and Dysart and is nearing completion of training, with plans to begin responding to emergencies in the coming weeks.

By taking part, you are directly supporting the training, equipment and expansion of these life-saving community response groups.
