Heroes aren't born, they're trained.

This Spring, CRITICAL is calling on community groups, schools, and workplaces, across Ireland to Spring Into Action and become everyday heroes. When an emergency happens, the actions taken in the first few minutes can mean the difference between life and death, and anyone can learn them.

Why It Matters

Sudden medical emergencies can happen anywhere, in schools, workplaces, sports clubs, and at home. Yet too many people feel unsure or afraid to act.
Spring Into Action focuses on:
  • Raising awareness of CPR and emergency response
  • Breaking down fear and hesitation around what to do in an emergency
  • Making life-saving knowledge accessible to everyone

Get Involved

We are inviting schools, workplaces, community groups, sports clubs, and organisations across Ireland to join the campaign.
CRITICAL can visit your group to:
  • Deliver engaging CPR and emergency response awareness sessions
  • Provide practical, easy-to-understand information
Whether you are educating students, supporting staff, or strengthening your local community, your participation could help save a life.
